    PAYMENT & ORDER

    Currently, for safety and convenience, we prefer to accept credit card as our main payment method. GBP is allowed.

    Once an order is submitted, it begins designing and processing as quickly as possible. Therefore, If you want to return and exchange the item, please contact us, we need to verify it is in production or not. That means that even if you contact our customer service department 24 hours later after you change your mind about your order, it might already be put into production or in the shipping process. In that case, we can't change or cancel an order once it has been put into one-of-a-kind production or sent out. Please notes: For orders have been put into production or dispatched, please refer to Return and Exchange Policy.

    Orders may take up to 5 business days to process before they are shipped. This accounts for the time utilized when processing products and packaging. Customized orders take a little longer process than those traditional finished products. Please note that during the holidays our production time may vary. Once the order is sent out, with the standard shipping, it will take about 3-5 business days for the order to reach your shipping address within US. International shipping is not available currently.

    Please note: The actual delivery time may vary, depending on the shipping method you select, your shipping address, and your local postal service. Notes: Shipping estimates are from day of shipping not from day of ordering. Customers are responsible for lost due to wrong shipping information.

    EXCHANGE & RETURN

    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be exchanged for a replacement or refund within 90 days from the date of the receipt of your purchase. The item must be unworn, in the original packaging with SKU label attached and accompanied by the order number. No returns are accepted after 90 days from when you receive. Please notes: For orders have been put into production or dispatched, please refer to Return Policy or please contact our customer service for return.

    All sales are final after 90 days from receipt.

    Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

    Please note that all refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping fees, discounts on personalized items, except in the case of an incorrect shipment. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email; please note that it may take an additional 7-10 business days from the date you receive this email for the funds to be available in your account and it may take an additional billing cycle to see the funds on your billing statement.

    If you sent your return to the wrong address and If you did not follow the return instructions/methods instructed through email etc.., the additional costs (including customs declaration fees such as customs duties) will be deducted from the refund.     Precautions for return and exchange
    • Items that are being returned should be new and unworn. They should be kept in its original condition in which you received them in.
    • The points given for this purchase will be automatically deducted from the corresponding points value after a successful return (only for sites that offer rewards points)
    • Coupon codes expires after use and cannot be restored after return.
    Refund Procedure
    • After receiving your returned item, we usually process your return within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email notification and you are required to reply to the email as soon as possible after receiving the notification.
    • We usually begin processing refunds within 1-2 business days of receiving a return, order cancellation or any other reason for a refund. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as when you purchased the product, unless we have expressly agreed, in our sole discretion, to use a different payment method. Notwithstanding the above, regardless of payment method, all refunds must be deposited into an account in the name of the original payment method account holder.
    • Explanation of refund time: Please note that it may take additional time (approximately 10 business days) for the refund to be reflected in your account.     Cancellation Policy: Cancellation or replacement of unshipped products
    • Non-customized products can be canceled or replaced when they are not shipped, without any charge.
    • For personalized products, if you need to cancel or replace the product or replace the personalized content, you will have to pay 30% of the product price as the customization fee.
    • Special note: Even if you contact us immediately after placing the order to cancel/modify the order, we will charge the corresponding production fee because the customized product will be produced immediately once the order is placed in order to ensure a timely production and delivery.
